These Website Terms govern access to the public website operated by TBOC2, LLC. They do not constitute a software license, pilot, subscription, support, confidentiality, or other customer agreement.
Illustrative material
Product descriptions, conceptual interfaces, illustrations, examples, and forward-looking material may change. Mission Control mockups are illustrative, contain no customer production data, and do not guarantee availability of any feature, integration, metric, automation, or configuration.
Intellectual property
The TBOC2 website, branding, text, graphics, product concepts, interface materials, documentation, and related content are owned by or licensed to TBOC2, LLC and protected by applicable law. Access to the site grants no license or transfer of software, source code, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, or other product or intellectual-property rights.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful informational, evaluation, and communication purposes. You may not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, or misuse TBOC2 branding.
Security research
Good-faith research should follow our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. It does not authorize testing customer environments, third-party systems, non-public infrastructure, social engineering, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized data access.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. TBOC2, LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Commercial products and services are governed by their executed agreements.
Governing law
These Website Terms are intended to be governed by Arizona law, subject to mandatory applicable law. Governing-law, venue, and dispute provisions should be confirmed by TBOC2 counsel.
